[Aika Automobile 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show, Original]

The 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show is about to open. As the year-end test of the automotive industry, this year’s Guangzhou Auto Show, major car companies will routinely release their new cars and future development plans. The total number of cars on display reached 1,132. Among them, the new models released are naturally the most worthy of attention. Therefore, we have selected a number of blockbuster new cars worth paying attention to at this auto show, and what are the highlights of these new cars?

Guangzhou Auto Show New Car Prospect

The New Toyota Prado: Off-Road Old Cannon Excitement Car

The new Toyota Prado (codenamed LC250) was officially released on August 2 this year. The new car is based on the Toyota TNGA-F architecture and is jointly developed with the new Lexus GX. The exhibitor will be the domestic Prado produced by FAW Toyota. According to the plan, FAW Toyota will be put into production at the Chengdu plant in 2024 and will be officially launched in mid-2024. The estimated price is about 470,000 yuan.

New Toyota Prado

Referring to the overseas version of the model, the new Prado has an ordinary version of the square lamp design and a classic version of the round lamp design. In terms of overall shape, the new Toyota Prado uses a lot of straight lines to make the front of the car have a lot of edges and corners, and the hard style is very rich. The data shows that the new car’s approach angle, departure angle and passing angle are 31 degrees, 22 degrees and 25 degrees respectively, with a minimum ground clearance of 8.7 inches (221mm).

In terms of interior, the new car is equipped with Toyota’s latest family-style design style, with a 12.3-inch (8-inch for the entry version) touchscreen on the center console and built-in Toyota’s latest entertainment system. The configuration will also have T-Connect SD navigation system, a new generation of Toyota Safety Sense system, creep mode and off-road functions such as steep hill descent.

According to previous information, the domestic version will be equipped with a T24A-FTS gasoline 2.4T hybrid system, with a maximum power of 243kW (330 horsepower) and a peak torque of 630Nm. The transmission system will be matched with an 8-speed manual transmission. At the same time, the new car is also equipped with an automatic limited-slip middle lock and a rear axle differential lock, providing a variety of driving modes including mud, rock and sand.

New Toyota Prado

Toyota’s new Prado completely overturned Toyota’s previous design in terms of hard-core off-road vehicles, and its arrival is expected to cause renewed popularity among off-road enthusiasts. However, after the introduction of the new Prado in China, it will also be besieged by domestic hard-core off-road products. At that time, it will depend on whether the pricing of the new Prado is sincere enough, and whether the faith fans have enough faith.

Toyota’s ninth-generation Camry: getting younger and younger

Just before the opening of the Guangzhou Auto Show, the ninth-generation Camry was the first to debut in North America. The new car was built on the TNGA-K platform and continued to use a dual exterior design, showing a more obvious style difference. The overall line profile of the ninth-generation Camry did not change much, especially from the front and side angles. The waist line shape and the smooth outline of the body showed the feeling of the eighth-generation Camry.

Camry

The change in design concept is mainly reflected in the front face and rear. The front face part, the front of the engine compartment is receded to create a visual effect of the front part of the car sinking. In addition, the light set is replaced by C-shaped headlights. The grille shape of the front bumper adopts two designs similar to the honeycomb style and the horizontal bar shape. More sporty edge details are also added on both sides of the bumper. The tail design is more concise, and it is also C-shaped taillights, which echo the headlights.

Camry

Judging from the interior of the model released in North America, it still has a strong mechanical sense, especially the lines of the trending part of the dashboard, which makes the interior more tough and unconventional. The car will be equipped with a 12.3-inch central control screen, support wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless charging function. In terms of safety configuration, the new car comes standard with TSS 3.0 Zhixing safety package.

In terms of power, the ninth-generation Camry unveiled in North America has achieved full hybridization, and will no longer be available in the fuel version. It focuses on the 2.5L hybrid version and provides a two-wheel drive/four-wheel drive version. Among them, the maximum power of the two-wheel drive version is 168kW; the four-wheel drive version adds a drive motor to the rear axle, with a maximum power of 173kW.

Camry

Although Toyota’s sales in the Chinese market have declined slightly, it is still one of the best-selling car companies, especially the Camry, which has been regarded as a benchmark model in its class, which shows its comprehensive strength. According to the news, the domestic ninth-generation Camry will continue the overseas version design in style, but there will be certain differences in the interior and the introduction of the intelligent cockpit concept. The specific highlights of this car will be revealed at the press conference at the Guangzhou Auto Show on the 17th.

The new generation of BMW 5 Series/i5: the first change in the BBA

According to the news, the new generation of BMW 5 Series/i5 publicly unveiled at this auto show is a long-wheelbase version developed by BMW Group for the Chinese market. The official claims that it will better fit the aesthetics and needs of Chinese users in terms of appearance, positioning, and intelligence. The new generation 5 Series and i5 have also been declared at MIIT.

5 series

From the styling point of view, the new car as a whole follows the design of the overseas version of the model. Compared with the current model, the headlight group has been re-optimized, the lower grille is very wide, and the air intakes on both sides are also designed with "wind blades" to highlight the movement of the front face. The i5 has a more sharp line design, which outlines a more vivid angular feeling.

5 series

The side of the vehicle is younger than before, and the light and shadow changes will be richer. The whole vehicle looks lighter from the side than before. The length, width and height of the new 5-series body are 5060 * 1900 * 1515mm respectively, which is 97mm, 32mm and 36mm higher than the previous generation model, and the wheelbase is increased by 20mm to 2995mm.

5 series

The interior follows BMW’s latest family-style design, including a 12.3-inch instrument panel and a 14.9-inch central control screen, as well as a new style of sports steering wheel. In addition, the new car will be equipped with the iDrive 8.5 system, which further enhances the intelligence. The trend of air conditioning adopts a hidden layout, and greatly reduces the physical buttons in the original air-conditioning area to touch operation. In addition, it is equipped with an encircling interactive light strip to make the visual effect in the car simpler.

5 series

According to the declaration information, the new generation of BMW 5 Series will be equipped with a 2.0T engine with a maximum power of 156kW. It is not clear whether more power versions will be launched. The i5 is equipped with a HA0001N0 drive motor produced by ZF Electric Drive Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd., with a maximum power of 250kW. It is expected that more power versions will be launched in the future.

The BMW 5 Series has always been one of BMW’s main sales models in China. Now the new generation of models has adopted a new design and joined the pure electric i5 model. I believe the arrival of this car will definitely have a significant impact on today’s luxury mid-sized car market.

The first domestic high-end car-grade 7nm chip, Geely’s Lynk & Co 08 officially launched

September 10,under GeelyLynk & Co brand luxury smart enjoy super powerSUVLynk & Co08 Officially listedAsA one that focuses on intelligent networkingNew flagship,Lynk & Co08 With its comprehensive configuration of rich software and hardware, it will further meet users’ various needs for intelligent experience.

First of all, in terms of cockpit intelligence, Lynk & Co 08 is equipped with the Antola 1000 Pro computing platform developed by Yikatong. The platform integrates two 7nm "1" chips of Core Engine Technology, with an NPU computing power of up to 16TOPS and a GPU computing power of 1800G FLOPS. While supporting a variety of cockpit entertainment interactions and rich application ecosystems, the 16 TOPS NPU computing power of the dual "1" can also provide L2-level auxiliary driving functions including assisted parking, remote parking and other full-scene parking.

Public information shows that the mass production of the Lynk & Co 08 is the first domestic car-grade high-end smart cockpit chip, using the most advanced 7-nanometer process of the car-grade chip, integrated 87-layer circuit, 8.80 billion transistors, it has 8 CPU cores (of which the large core is Cortex-A76), integrated with programmable NPU core. It is understood that in the core SoC "No. 1" used in the Ekaton Antola 1000 Pro computing platform, the AI computing power is enabled by the "Zhouyi" NPU developed by Arm Technology, a well-known semiconductor IP manufacturer. It has many innovations in high-performance computing power, AI performance, and other aspects. It helps the vision/voice algorithm in the cabin, as well as autonomous parking and L2-level assisted driving, to meet the requirements of high performance, high reliability and high safety for vehicle-grade hardware. In March this year, Core Engine Technology and Arm Technology also announced that they will continue to deepen cooperation in the field of high-end vehicle-grade chips. It is worth mentioning that Core Engine Technology is jointly funded by Geely’s Ekaton and Arm.

In terms of car and machine, Lynk & Co 08 is equipped with LYNK Flyme Auto, an intelligent cockpit car and machine system jointly created with Meizu. Through deep integration with mobile phones, it realizes "silky" operation. At the same time, it also takes the lead in launching industry-leading "non-sensory" to unlock the car, "non-sensory" navigation flow, "non-sensory" application cross-border and other triple non-sensory experiences, and has developed four industry-leading functions such as non-sensory connection, unbounded desktop, hardware sharing, and Inter-App communications visibility.

In addition, in terms of intelligent driving, Lynk & Co 08 is also equipped with two Huashan No. 2 A1000 chips from Black Sesame Smart. The chip is equipped with an 8-core A55 1.6GHz CPU, and the single computing power reaches 58TOPS (INT8) and 116TOPS (INT4), helping Lynk & Co 08 realize a number of ADAS intelligent driving auxiliary features.

This means that the smart cockpit and smart driving part of Lynk & Co 08 use all domestic chips. According to the monitoring data of the Institute of Intelligent Automobile of High Technology, in 2022 the front of passenger cars in the Chinese market (excluding import and export) will be equipped with Qualcomm platform cockpit domain controller 566,200 units (an increase of more than 100% year-on-year), accounting for 32.79% of the overall market. With the official debut of Lynk & Co 08, it also broke the situation that high-performance car standard chips are monopolized by foreign manufacturers, providing a new choice for Chinese car companies.

It is not difficult to see that on the basis of domestic self-developed chips, Lynk & Co 08 is fully meeting the various needs of users for intelligent experience with super-strong software and hardware comprehensive configuration. At the same time, it also takes the user as the core, and once again interprets the new definition of "luxury experience".

Li Xueyong: In the era when you can’t afford to roll up and lie flat, the size of light off-road vehicles will reach 2 million

"This is an era when you can’t afford to roll up and lie flat. More people choose to live a quality life that they think is more valuable." Li Xueyong, deputy general manager of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., general manager of Chery Automobile Marketing Company and general manager of Jietu Automobile, said, "About 200,000 light off-road vehicles can better help users to pursue poetry and distance."

During the Chengdu Auto Show in 2023, Jetway Traveler officially appeared and started the pre-sale. The price of the new car was 140,900-180,900 yuan. According to reports, travelers are positioned as "travel off-road SUVs", which have both the comfort of urban SUVs and certain off-road capabilities, and are suitable for multi-road travel. "Jetway is represented by travelers, representing travel and off-road, representing future light off-road cars and more traveling cars."

Create travelers with users to continue their travel+positioning.

Compared with traditional hard-core off-road vehicles, light off-road vehicles have better fuel consumption performance, and compared with urban SUVs, light off-road vehicles have better passability and ability to get rid of difficulties. The traveler positioned as "Travel Off-road SUV" continues the positioning of Travel+and is equipped with XWD fully automatic intelligent four-wheel drive system.

Zhang Chunwei, Assistant General Manager of Jietu Automobile and General Manager of Jietu Automobile Marketing Company

"XWD is the sixth-generation four-wheel drive technology of Borg Warner, which can automatically get rid of difficulties. It has two electronic locks, namely an electronic limited slip differential and an intelligent torque manager. Through electronic identification, its automatic intervention time is within 0.1s " In addition, the torsional stiffness of the traveler’s body is 31000Nm/deg. After being in harsh environments such as desert and Gobi, travelers can achieve a climbing degree of 45. The wading depth can reach 70cm. From the perspective of power selection, Jetway Traveler has two versions: fuel and hybrid. Among them, the power of 2.0T engine is 187kW and the torque reaches 390 N m.. According to Li Xueyong, the XWD fully automatic intelligent four-wheel drive system carried by travelers has a good ability to get rid of difficulties.

Li Xueyong: In the era when you can't afford to roll up and lie flat, the size of light off-road vehicles will reach 2 million _fororder_image002

Regarding the question of why there are no girders, Li Xueyong said, "Without girders, driving will be more comfortable and fuel consumption will be lower. The fuel consumption of travelers is basically about 9 oils. There is no problem in walking in the city. If you want to cross-country, you will cross-country. " At the same time, Voyager is still a model created with users. To this end, Jietu has also set up a user-created organization in the R&D department and the marketing department. The launch time of the car is tentatively scheduled for September 20th, and the official delivery time is scheduled for around October 10th.

Light off-road vehicles will reach 2 million in 1-2 years.

"We were the Weining brand, the champion of Dakar Rally, and the Ring Tower Rally. Tiggo was also the champion. Therefore, our training ability and cross-country ability in the whole chassis have a history of 20 years. Therefore, I think that Chery has to talk about "genes" and it is based on global cross-country genes. " Li Xueyong said.

In the past two years, many car companies have launched light off-road vehicles, and their appearance has gradually become square and tough. Zhang Chunwei, assistant general manager of Jietu Automobile and general manager of Jietu Automobile Marketing Company, believes that "in the past, people didn’t see this kind of hard-core car, and the aesthetic fatigue of round cars will stimulate some demand."

Li Xueyong: In the era when you can't afford to roll up and lie flat, the size of light off-road vehicles will reach 2 million _fororder_image003

2010-2012 is the era of the rise of SUV in China. In 2015 and 2016, the sales volume climbed, accounting for half of the cars. "Now many people don’t buy city SUVs directly, but buy light off-road cars directly to meet their own needs." No matter from the economic and social background, user choice and product changes, I think light off-road SUV is not the Red Sea, and it will have a good development momentum at least in the next five years. Li Xueyong said that the light off-road market is not small, and he predicted that its market capacity will exceed 2 million vehicles in 1-2 years.

In 2030, fuel vehicles will still have at least 30% market share.

From 2019 to 2022, Jietu’s export sales have reached nearly 50,000 units, and this year’s export sales are expected to be between 120,000 and 150,000, mainly including overseas markets such as the Middle East, South America and Africa, as well as some markets in the European Union.

Li Xueyong: In the era when you can't afford to roll up and lie flat, the size of light off-road vehicles will reach 2 million _fororder_image004

Based on the export of the whole Chery Group, Chery is also building globalization of product development, brand building, user operation and maintenance, digital marketing and new media. "The whole Jietu Division has fully verified the high degree of domestic and international collaboration, institutional collaboration, personnel collaboration and functional collaboration, so I think we will explore a brand-new model, which will enable a real brand to globalize faster."

At present, the division of labor among brands under Chery Group is also very clear. "From the perspective of existing brands, Chery is a pragmatic family and builds cars for the public; Starway is high-end; Jietu represents off-road and travel, and there will be pickup trucks behind it, as well as more off-road cars with girders; ICAR is a pure electric, intelligent, electric and technological car. "

Regarding the development trend of the fuel vehicle market, Li Xueyong believes that "even after 10 years, or in 2030, there will be at least 30% fuel vehicles. There are more than 20 million markets in China, which means that 67 million are fuel vehicles. I think this number will last for some time unless there is a fundamental structural change in the energy storage cost of the battery. " In addition, Chery will release a new energy brand series focusing on hybrids in December. "Jietu will also release a new energy brand series focusing on hybrids. You can also understand that Chery already has three series of Tiggo, Arrizo and Exploration, which may be the fourth series. For Jetway, it already has X70 and X90 series, all of which are based on Jetway’s DNA and system, Jetway’s marketing system and Jetway’s brand system. " (Photo: provided by Jietu Automobile)

From the 14th, foreign cars will be banned all day on Chang ‘an Street, the main road of Beijing’s Second Ring Road.

BEIJING, Beijing, August 14 (Reporter Zhang Ni) According to the news released by the Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau, starting today, Beijing will adopt new traffic management measures for some key roads. Compared with the previous restrictions, the newly implemented policy has increased the number of prohibited road sections of Waifu vehicles and adjusted the time of prohibition.

  Which sections will be restricted?

According to the notice issued by the Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau, from August 14, 2017, the roads in Beijing that prohibit passenger cars with license plates (including temporary license plates) issued by other provinces, districts and cities are:

Second Ring Road main road (full line), Chang ‘an Street and the extension line between Xinxing Bridge (excluding) and guomao bridge (excluding), East Square Road, West Square Road, Beichizi Street, Wang Hongbin Street, Beiheyan Street, Nanheyan Street, Fuyou Street, Beichang Street, Nanchang Street, Renmin Hall West Road, Zhengyi Road, Taijichang Street, Xi ‘anmen Street (from Xisi South Street to

The above-mentioned restricted roads are restricted for 24 hours a day, and passenger cars include ordinary private cars, buses, buses and vans.

In addition, the previous restrictions have not changed — — From 7: 00 to 9: 00 and from 17: 00 to 20: 00 on weekdays, it is forbidden to drive on the main road, auxiliary road and roads within the Fifth Ring Road; From 9: 00 to 17: 00 on weekdays, it is necessary to comply with the tail number restriction regulations. The tail number is the same as that of Beijing license plate vehicles, and the restricted range is the main road, auxiliary road and roads within the Fifth Ring Road.

Why should we take restrictive measures?

Why should such management measures be implemented? In this regard, the notice of Beijing Traffic Management Bureau emphasizes "to ensure the traffic safety and smoothness of roads in this city".

Statistics released by Beijing Traffic Management Bureau show that as of April 2017, the number of motor vehicles in Beijing has reached 5.771 million, with 10.605 million drivers.

Although Beijing has taken measures to alleviate traffic congestion, such as total vehicle control, regional restrictions and bus priority, the traffic index in the Second Ring Road and Xicheng District has always been the highest in the city during the morning and evening rush hours.

In addition to the ban management measures, since April 2017, the traffic control department has also changed many roads around Wangfujing and Jingshan into one-way roads, so as to alleviate the road contradictions caused by the interweaving of pedestrians and motor vehicles around the Forbidden City and Jingshan during the peak tourist season.

Among them, from 9: 00 to 23: 00 in the south exit of Wangfujing, motor vehicles (except buses) are prohibited from driving from east to north and from south to north; The surrounding area of Jingshan Park is changed to counterclockwise one-way driving.

Can foreign cars cross Chang ‘an Avenue or drive on the second ring road?

So, from today, can a passenger car with a foreign number plate cross Chang ‘an Avenue or drive on the Second Ring Road?

In this regard, the Beijing Municipal Traffic Management Bureau explained that if you drive a passenger car with a foreign number plate and cross Chang ‘an Avenue and the extension line from north to south or from south to north, it does not violate the restrictions, but you cannot turn left or right into Chang ‘an Avenue during the restricted time.

In addition, the restrictions on passenger cars with foreign license plates are only for the second ring main road, and the second ring auxiliary road and the section under the overpass bridge are not included in the restrictions.

If you want to drive a passenger car with a foreign number plate around the Second Ring Road, you can pass normally on the Second Ring Road as long as you avoid the peak hours in the morning and evening of the working day and the time when the tail number is limited.

What penalties will you face if you violate the restrictions?

In view of the violation of the notice restriction regulations by passenger cars with foreign license plates, the Beijing Traffic Management Bureau has also listed clear punishment measures.

For motor vehicles from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities that have not applied for the Beijing Pass, if they enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (excluding), they shall be deemed as illegal acts of "motor vehicles violating the prohibition signs", and they shall be fined and punished in 100 yuan, and 3 points shall be recorded.

For passenger cars from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities that have applied for the pass to Beijing, if they drive on the roads within the Fifth Ring Road (inclusive) from 7: 00 to 9: 00 and from 17: 00 to 20: 00 on weekdays, they will be deemed as "motor vehicles violating the prohibition signs". 100 yuan will be fined and punished, and 3 points will be recorded; During Pingfeng period, those who violate the restrictions on the tail number shall be deemed as "violations of the restrictions on traffic" and shall be fined in 100 yuan.

For trucks from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities that have applied for the passes to Beijing, if they drive on the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (excluding) from 6: 00 to 24: 00, they are deemed to be illegal acts of "motor vehicles violating the prohibition signs", and they will be fined in 100 yuan, and 3 points will be recorded.

For trucks, yellow-labeled vehicles in Beijing, and yellow-labeled vehicles in other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, if they violate the provisions of the notice and drive in the restricted area, they will be deemed as illegal acts of "motor vehicles violating the prohibition signs", and they will be fined in 100 yuan, and 3 points will be recorded.

I want to go to work, like a company.

Editor’s Note: This article is from WeChat WeChat official account’s "Burning Finance" (ID: rancaijing), by Zhao Lei Jin Yan Lijiao, Kong Mingming Tang Yahua Liming Meng Yana Su Qi, edited by Jia Wei and 36Kr.
With the epidemic raging, many companies are still required not to return to work before a specific date after the legal holiday is extended for three days. For this reason, many companies have adopted online office, and white-collar workers in the workplace have experienced a brand-new working mode for a week.
Today, some enterprises have resumed collective work, but in order to minimize risks, more companies still require employees to work from home. For most people who are used to collective work, working from home faces many new challenges.
Temptation is everywhere. Some people haven’t woken up at the morning meeting, some people will hesitate to watch the drama or work first, and some people just want to slap the cat and have no intention to work. Besides, even if they are self-disciplined, some people are tortured by the family environment, the noise of children, the doubts of parents and the trivial things of life, all of which make people collapse.
Everyone has different methods on how to ensure work efficiency and quality in a comfortable environment, how to deal with many interferences such as family members, pets and daily life matters, and how to deal with various attendance reporting regulations implemented by the company to ensure efficiency.
Burning Finance interviewed 11 professionals and listened to their real feelings about working at home. Their common aspiration was: "I want to go to work, like a company!"
Family care affects work efficiency, but you can’t get angry.
Hu Qing is a 28-year-old packaging designer of Internet company.
I do design work and serve Party A. I am busy at ordinary times and have no time to rest. At the end of last year, my health really couldn’t stand it. I took an extra week off and went back to my hometown in advance. I thought, leave some time to spend with my family, pick up what I didn’t have time to do before, and draw some watercolors. I bought a whole set of tableware specially years ago, thinking of going back to Beijing a few days in advance after the year and cooking for myself. It was a good idea.
Results Due to the epidemic situation, the start-up time was extended indefinitely. We officially started work on the 3rd, and I have been working in my hometown since the fifth day, because I still have some unfinished work from years ago. But working from home is very inefficient.
Although affected by the epidemic, the Spring Festival is not allowed to visit, but because mom and dad live with grandparents, the children of grandpa’s brothers still come to worship the New Year in batches. Some people with children are noisy for hours, and they can’t work without talking; Even if there are no guests, the family is basically restless. My dad and grandpa like to provoke each other when they play chess, and then they quarrel. Grandpa likes to read the news one by one, and he likes to talk to himself when watching TV dramas. It’s no use putting on headphones. Grandma comes in every few minutes to deliver snacks. She wants to make sure that the water in my cup is always full and warm. My mother asks me once a day before cooking, what to eat today. It’s obviously love, and you can’t get angry, and I can’t explain the nature of my work clearly.
After staying at home for half a month, I felt that I had reached the limit. I went back to Beijing ahead of time against their wishes. Only after I returned to Beijing did I find that eating became a problem. At home, I eat with my mouth open. When I come back, I have to do everything myself because I can’t order takeout. Before returning to Beijing, my mother was worried that I wouldn’t be able to cook pasta. She prepared dried noodles, steamed bread and various cakes in advance, and bought me two boxes of milk and instant noodles. The food ordered from JD.COM should also be eaten sparingly. The most important thing is that the level is limited, and I don’t want to eat any more after eating a few meals made by myself. One night, I really wanted to eat hot pot, and the e-commerce couldn’t deliver it. I wanted to go to the supermarket and buy it now, but I was finally persuaded by my roommate. In an extraordinary period, a hot pot has become extravagant. The next day, her mother came to cook us a five-color jiaozi to satisfy our hunger.

I used to complain that I was too busy at work and didn’t have time to exercise my cooking skills. I thought I was a gourmet who was delayed by work, but now I think I may be thinking too much. I miss the days when I ordered takeout with my colleagues and ate and drank with friends after work. ……
After frying all the dishes that can be fried, there is only a quarrel left.
Tangtang 30-year-old media practitioner
My husband and I have been married for more than a year. Usually, we occasionally cook on weekends and flatter each other’s cooking skills, which is quite fun. This epidemic, cooking at home for more than ten days in a row and continuing to work at home, really collapsed.
At first, I fried my own meatballs under the remote guidance of my mother. Up to now, we have compressed it into buying vegetables once every 10 days and eating two meals a day, and usually only one meal is decent, and the other meal is mainly leftovers. If you can’t do it again, quickly freeze jiaozi, stir-fried rice with eggs and cook instant noodles for two meals, and skip dinner for another meal on the grounds of losing weight. Moreover, we often cook when we are hungry, and we are already hungry when we are ready.
Figure/Pexels
We are both media people. Sometimes both of us have jobs and can’t cook. From time to time, we have to stage a decisive battle, waiting for each other to cook first. But the most angry thing is that he came to work several times as soon as the meal arrived. I don’t know if it was coincidence or intentional. And after I finish cooking, he always says, "Don’t wash the dishes, let me do it", but in the end, the dishes of each meal are put into the next one, and only when there is no way to cook can they be washed.
The office environment at home is also very poor. It is quite comfortable to work alone at a table, but two people will fight if they sit on their elbows in rows, and they will also affect each other if they are too close. In the end, I always put my computer on my lap to write in bed. After a few days, my waist and neck ached. In the end, I could only find a table that had not been used for ten thousand years and set up a temporary job. I changed jobs in front of the table.
I want to go back to work, the kind that goes to the company, the kind that can go out for dinner.
It depends on DDL to decompress cats at home every day and improve work efficiency.
Keke is 27 years old and an employee of a public relations company.
I have been working from home for five days. When I first knew that I wanted to work from home, I thought it would be particularly cool, but I may have overestimated my self-discipline. We have a routine meeting every morning, and I can basically guarantee that I am awake during the meeting. But working from home, I feel very insecure, because I can’t see others. Working from home may be half as efficient as before. When you are bored or anxious, and no one talks, it is easy to brush Tik Tok to relieve stress.
I think there is still the biggest challenge in working from home, that is, how to refrain from bothering the cats at home. My cat has been annoyed by me recently and attacks me every day. Moreover, working from home, buying food and eating is also a difficult problem. Since the closed management of the community, it is too much trouble to bring a pass when going out. I tried to order vegetables online, but I couldn’t grab vegetables until noon every day. I simply hoarded a pile of quick-frozen jiaozi and instant noodles and lived on them every day.
Figure/Pexels
Recently, the cat food at home is almost out of ammunition, and the merchant said that it would not be delivered until the tenth. Recently, our cat is always looking out of the window with a worried face, probably wondering if the shovel officer is unemployed, and there is no canned cat to eat anymore.
I feel that after working from home, the communication efficiency within the company has improved, and the boss basically has to be on call when he calls me. But it’s not necessarily when contacting customers. Yesterday, I made an appointment with a customer for a meeting at 2 pm, but I didn’t reply until 6 pm. I think DDL (deadline) is the most useful thing to improve work efficiency.
This morning, the company informed us to continue working at home, and I feel that I can make a quick-frozen dumpling evaluation soon. I really want to go to work
Please be kind to the "cooks" who cook while working.
Ma Ning, 35, vice president of investment in entertainment workshop
Our investment in this line has always required frequent cross-regional audio and video conferences, and I am also a veteran user of many online office software, so I was not caught off guard by the matter of "working from home". However, this time, the large-scale collective work at home in China has made me realize some changes.
First, everyone saves commuting time, and no one has an excuse to be late anymore. If you need to hold a meeting at any time, basically let us know 10 minutes in advance and give you time to prepare briefly, and you can immediately enter the meeting.
Second, the efficiency of the meeting has been greatly improved. Unlike in the past, when people met face to face, we first exchanged pleasantries and chatted gossip, then waited for colleagues who were not here, or ordered a cup of coffee and took a takeaway from time to time. Now, audio and video conferences are straight to the point and only talk about dry goods.
Figure/Pexels
Third, the value of collaborative office and online conference tools has been maximized. In the past, many software users only dabbled in the most basic functions, but now they are using some functions in depth when they have to work from home. I find that the synchronous editing function of document collaboration is both time-saving and clear. Many approvals are moved online, and it is clear where the process has gone, which can encourage everyone to concentrate more and improve efficiency.
But there are also several challenges. First, you need to consider three meals a day. For example, at 11: 30, the company must be in a state of concentrated work, but when working at home, it is necessary to consider preparing lunch, and it is easy to blur the line between work and cooking. Once I cooked soup, and I figured it would take three hours. When I cooked the soup, I went to a conference call. When it was on, the soup pot sounded a warning sound. Working at home, it still needs some challenges to switch the brain between the cook mode and the white-collar mode, so please be kind to the cooks who work and cook at home.
Second, there are many temptations. For example, I’ve been chasing the Taiwanese drama "I want to see you" recently, and when I’m working at home, I wonder if I should watch the two episodes updated last night. Fortunately, the workload during working at home is not very saturated, which can improve work efficiency and save yourself some time to catch up with plays, read books and have some entertainment.
The company is in a dilemma because of the danger of collective office and the trouble of telecommuting.
Feng Chen is a 27-year-old engineer in a chip research and development company.
For us programmers, it is actually very inconvenient to work from home, but in a special period, for safety reasons, the company decided to let us work from home on February 3, but neither the company nor I have ever encountered such a situation before, so I was in a hurry at first, and the efficiency was very low, which might only reach 30%-50% of the collective office.
I especially remember clearly that on the 3rd, our whole department basically didn’t do any substantive work, and the most troublesome thing was to configure the environment. Because we had to work remotely, we needed to connect to the company’s computers. We originally planned to use VPN, but later some colleagues couldn’t connect, so we needed to install a remote desktop software on their computers for operation and maintenance to remotely control the company’s computers. As a result, our company’s operation and maintenance was alone, and the configuration was very slow.
While waiting for the operation and maintenance, the leaders set up several groups to simply assign tasks. If there is any problem, they need to give feedback in the groups. Finally, I waited for the remote connection to the office computer. I copied some codes locally and configured the computer environment, and the first day ended hastily.
Figure/Pexels
Inefficiency is certain. On the one hand, programmers need strong teamwork, online communication efficiency is not as good as collective office, and large companies may be better. Our division of labor is sometimes not clear, and we need to discuss it together when we encounter problems, such as having a look at it together when we encounter bugs, and going to colleagues’ computers when we encounter data operation errors. These are not easy to do; On the other hand, I do get all kinds of interference at home. My mother always chats with me, does all kinds of chores, and is not in the mood to work.
There are two worst things. On Tuesday, I asked an intern on WeChat, which was very important. As a result, he didn’t reply to me until a day later, which was very delayed. If I worked in a group, I would go directly to his workstation to urge him. What’s worse, we are making chips, and there is a process that requires actual hardware operation, otherwise we can’t continue. This chip is in the company, and I have always been responsible for the layout of the program to the chip. In a hurry, I returned to Beijing from home early, and I was delayed on the road all day on Wednesday (February 5). I finally returned to Beijing because of traffic control, black cars and other bad worries. I went to the company on Thursday to get the chip and was advised to go home to work.
So this week is spent in a hurry, the remote environment is not good, and the jam is serious. In order to ensure work efficiency, our weekly newspaper has been changed into a daily newspaper, but the work done at home is simple and the workload is less, so the daily newspapers are written in half and compiled in half. I also happen to be in charge of the daily summary of a project, and it is necessary to integrate several people’s daily newspapers, which is simply an addition.
Fortunately, we will go to the company to work collectively this week, but we will encounter more risks and even have no place to eat. This is also very troublesome. I just hope that the epidemic will pass quickly, otherwise it will be really torture.
The workload is very heavy, and the two children can only concentrate on their work after taking a nap.
Xiaoxue is 35 years old and an employee of a company.
On February 3rd, our company announced that it would not go to the company for the whole of February, and all of them would go online, and it might also be working from home in the next few months. I’m quite comfortable, because I’ve always had the habit of working online. Working from home is actually a state, and everyone is constantly debugging.
In fact, my workload is still quite heavy. On the one hand, I have to do sales business, manage teams, recruit people, and do online activities. But I think the most important thing is time planning.
There are two boys in my family who are brought up by myself. Erbao is just over one year old. She has to nurse, put to sleep, take a bath and cook three meals a day, which consumes a lot of time.
Home office meetings have been disturbed by all kinds of noises from children, and cooking time is too late because of a long meeting. I just explained to my child that it’s working time now. We call it online office, not vacation at home. Everyone has to work, so he is very good at reading next to him now.
Every day from 3 pm to 5 pm, after the children fall asleep, it is a concentrated office time for me. Make a cup of coffee and have a conference call. At this time, our meeting is actually very efficient, and it basically ends in 20 minutes. We named the work group "overtaking in corners", and we wanted to make our team bigger and recruit excellent people quickly in this process.
Figure/Pexels
Online office is actually more efficient, but offline office is easier to go deep. For communication and collaboration, it is definitely better offline. Of course, in this process, new recruits may not be able to feel the corporate culture well. Many people choose the company for team culture and values, and working online is difficult to understand, which is one of the disadvantages.
Personally, I really want to go out, but I don’t particularly want to punch in at the company. The work is like this. If something is forced to be done and there is not so much autonomy, I will be very unhappy. But if there is no KPI, everything is what I want to do, and I can see the progress of my grades, so I will be very motivated.
Collapse with baby, and finally have to isolate themselves.
Xiaoxi 30-year-old employee of a knowledge service MCN organization.
I have been working from home for 7 days. At first, I heard that I was going to work from home. I was super excited. This is my dream way of working. I work in Wangjing but live in Tongzhou. It always takes me three or four hours to go to work every day. I have a child at home, and I want to have more time to accompany him to grow up, so I asked my boss as early as years ago whether I could cooperate in part-time after the year. But the company does not provide insurance and provident fund for part-time employees, and I am very entangled. After the epidemic came, I thought it was all right. I could work at home with peace of mind, and someone would pay the social security provident fund, without delay.
Our company belongs to the knowledge service MCN organization, and working from home hardly affects our business, but many colleagues are now trapped in their hometown. When we have a group conference call, we can always hear all kinds of strange voices inside. One morning, when we held a morning meeting, I heard a chicken crow.
The company doesn’t stipulate that we need to punch in, and the working hours are free, but the working hours have become longer, and we will be called to communicate on the rest day. At the meeting, the boss usually has something to say and will use the company’s economic crisis to stimulate everyone’s enthusiasm for work. Once the boss said in a telephone conference that the company’s cash flow can last for two months, which can ensure that everyone’s wages are paid normally, but after two months, the company’s development depends on everyone’s performance during this period.
Figure/Pexels
I have a 3-year-old baby at home who is always clamoring for my company. I have to say "Mom, you play with me" at least twenty times a day. I can only say to him, wait a minute, you play first. At first, he agreed that I would sit on the ground with him, he would play by himself, and I would use the computer to work. Later, he wouldn’t even let me touch the computer. Although my family understands my work very well and is trying to help me with my children, men have limited patience with their children, and soon they will be at odds, and I have to come out to mediate.
In the end, I can only isolate myself, divide an office boundary for myself, communicate with my family in advance what time I want to work, and don’t disturb my working hours. But when I work alone, I can’t resist the temptation of snacks, and I always want to go to bed. I think working late at night is the most efficient, so I always work at night recently, and black and white are reversed.
Now, I miss working days very much.
Dress up and work at home every day, and urge employees by video conference.
Liu Xin 32-year-old CEO of a startup company
I started working from home in the seventh grade, and I started to let all the employees of the company work from home in the tenth grade. At first, I was lazy, wearing pajamas and slippers every day. Later, I found that there was no working state, so I set aside a relatively independent office space at home as my temporary office and completely entered the working mode.
I think life needs a sense of ceremony, and work needs formality, which has nothing to do with where you work. My daily on-the-job time is from 9: 30 am to 6: 30 pm, which requires all employees of the company to punch in, and I wear formal clothes every day and make up in the morning, just like I usually go to work in the company, so that I can feel that I am really at work, not dawdling. Believe me, when you spend half an hour at home every day putting on makeup, formal clothes and high heels, you can’t even be lazy.
My family doesn’t understand why I have to wear formal clothes at home. I can feel that my mother is looking at me with different eyes every day. Moreover, she always thinks that I am going out to meet people, and she will come to "inspect" from time to time. She pricks up her ears whenever there is any movement in my room, lest I sneak out when she is not looking.
Most of my work is done on the computer, and the arrangement of work is remote command, and I seldom make phone calls. Parents don’t understand. They think you are just watching the computer. One day, my mother came to me and asked me, "You dress like a waiter and sit at home watching the computer every day. What are you doing?"
Figure/Pexels
We hold a video conference for all employees of the company at 10 o’clock every morning. I demand that it must be video, not voice, because then employees will pay attention to it. Otherwise, it’s very likely that everyone is lying in bed and having a meeting with you, so where is the working atmosphere? And only by video conference can I see everyone’s status and better grasp everyone’s work progress.
One of the biggest problems of telecommuting is that communication is difficult to convey emotions. I prefer to communicate face to face. There will be a very embarrassing scene in remote communication: my side is about to explode with anger, but the other party may not know that I am so anxious to drop my mobile phone, but I can only drop my mobile phone when I fall and fall. If it was face-to-face communication, these problems would not exist.
During this period of working at home, I feel that it is because I can work and dress formally every day that I feel that I have not become a eating machine. Otherwise, you really just eat at home every day. I think a mature working woman needs a self-disciplined professional spirit.
Collective office is a ceremony of a working day, which gives life a sense of regularity.
Liang You, 26, founder of Tiaohai Pub.
From the beginning of Chinese New Year’s Day, my girlfriend and I lived such a life: getting up at 10 or 11 in the morning, preparing to cook lunch, eating at 2 or 3 in the afternoon, playing mobile phones, chatting, preparing to cook dinner, eating dinner at 7 or 8 in the evening, watching a movie or playing games, and sleeping. The same life, we have lived to the 16th day.
I was very depressed when I first learned the news of the epidemic, because I was the owner of the main line and I was particularly depressed about not being able to run it.
For me, the biggest challenge of working from home is my state. Because everyone is forced to work at home this time, and the epidemic is so serious, it is easy to be emotionally overloaded, and it is very uncomfortable for me not to go out. The adjustment of mental health is the biggest challenge I am facing at present. Although I also have two dogs, I feel good about the interference of cats and dogs. Many companies also have cats after all.
I think the difference between collective office and home office is mainly in the sense of ceremony. The efficiency of collective office is not necessarily higher than that of home office, but collective office is a ceremony of working day. Getting up and going to the company on time will give you a sense of regularity in your life, similar to Morita therapy. Working in groups is also conducive to cultivating team feelings, and working at home has a feeling of losing contact with the team.
I think working from home is even more efficient than working in groups in specific and planned affairs, but there are some soft things you can’t see, especially working in groups can collide with many new ideas and ideas that are not planned.
Figure/Pexels
The biggest feeling now is that I feel uncomfortable and insecure. I used to feel that all kinds of accidents and disasters were particularly far away from me, but this time it seems to be around me. Besides, I am a very sociable person, and it is really hard for me to stay at home every day. Sometimes in the morning, I take the opportunity to buy food and go out for a walk in the street. There are not many people, and every breath of air makes people feel sweet.
At present, we can’t open the pub offline, so we plan to open it online. There are four shopkeepers in the pub. From the first day of junior high school, each shopkeeper broadcasts live for one hour every week, which makes me feel connected with the outside world again. I am very happy. I think Modern Sky also made a bedroom music festival. Although these can’t be realized, they are all very interesting.
But I think, don’t always think about the difference between working from home and working in groups, just focus on what you want to do, and don’t put too much emphasis on time arrangement, otherwise you will get stuck in that competition and can’t get out.
Work is also a kind of socialization, and it is difficult to find a sense of belonging in telecommuting.
Gong Siying, Chief Strategy Officer of Mor.AI
This period of time, not only work, in fact, the whole life is at home, which is a little different from the usual home office. Last week, we made a special survey of all employees and asked them about working at home. Everyone’s reply was quite interesting.
70%-80% of our company are R&D personnel. In the questionnaire, the average score of telecommuting reached 8.09 (out of a total score of 10), and 5% of employees thought that they even exceeded their goals.
For telecommuting tools, WeChat is mostly used for communication, and nails are used for meetings and punching. Tencent documents and our own internally developed wiki are used for document sharing and information.
To sum up, everyone thinks that the advantages of working from home are that the feedback from daily work meetings is timely, the tasks are clear, and the implementation level is high, which reduces the non-urgent interruption of work and maintains the continuous stability of work. There has also been more internal communication and closer contact with cooperative departments.
Of course, there are also some challenges. For example, we have to test the equipment, but the test equipment can’t be shared, so we can’t reproduce many problems. Online communication is sometimes not as good as face-to-face communication, and the efficiency is reduced, especially for three or five new employees who have just joined the company recently. It is a bit difficult to adapt, and some financial software must be operated by the company’s computer.
Figure/Pexels
There is one thing we have to admit. Few companies in China telecommute. The boss in China prefers to "supervise" what employees are doing, so he has no idea. When you start telecommuting at once, the boss will actually be more anxious than the employees. There are also some remote collaboration tools that are not ready. On the first day of construction, both nails and corporate WeChat collapsed, which is a good proof.
If the tools are not ready, the telecommuting effect will be greatly reduced. For example, nailing, everyone’s version is different, and the function will be different; For another example, offline everyone likes you to write a few strokes when talking about whiteboard, but online this kind of cloud projection and screen collaboration software is rarely used.
Recently, everyone’s life must be relatively monotonous. In fact, mentality is very important at this time. A friend of mine told me that now I feel that my job is 007 and I have to work all the time. I used to be able to do other things, but now I’m locked at home. There’s no reason to refuse the job request. But life still needs to go on. You need to turn life into more than just work, otherwise people will go crazy by the third week or even a month.
In the culture of China, work is also a social activity, and telecommuting makes it difficult for employees to feel a sense of belonging. Many people’s friends come from work partners and colleagues, and telecommuting will reduce this part of communication. So back to the essence, the biggest challenge of telecommuting is not efficiency, but culture.
After sitting at home for half a month, I can finally go to work today.
Shen Xiaoqian, 36, Shanghai Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce
We are a chamber of commerce. Recently, all enterprises are donating money and materials. Every day, information comes from all directions. I basically read mobile phone messages 24 hours a day.
Sadly, I have to finish all these intense work, and I don’t know when my little daughter will jump on my back in the next second. She had a new trick yesterday, spilling yogurt directly on my keyboard. If I usually go to work, I only show up at night and weekends a week. Now suddenly I am at home every day, and she wants to play with me every day.
I still have an eldest daughter at home, and I have to keep an eye on her. Will I go to see the iPad for a while, chat again for a while, and have to keep an eye on her to preview the courses for the second half of the semester? Doing radio exercises, skipping rope, dancing, martial arts and practicing the piano every day, each project needs to be punched online, and the time is full.
Figure/Pexels
Every time, my family calls for dinner, so I can have complete time to do my own thing by sending these two little ones down for dinner.
In addition, there are indeed too many conference calls when working from home. What was originally called face to face has to be said by phone, but it may not be clear. Some things may have just been finished with one person and have to be synchronized with another. In particular, when it comes to donations, everyone is in a hurry. Originally, everyone was resting during the New Year, and they kept calling to urge the progress. I am also a little embarrassed.
I’m going to return to work today (February 10th), and I actually support it. After sitting at home for half a month, there is no New Year’s atmosphere in shopping malls and streets. It’s really depressed. I think it’s better to go back to work. Many chains in the market are interlocking, and enterprises can’t produce until workers are on duty. You have to go out to see how the market is, and you can’t stay at home all the time.

Cheating in the exam less than 10 days after admission, 3 freshmen were punished and 1 dropped out.

Three students were punished for cheating in the exam less than 10 days after they entered school. Among the three students, one student who was detained for probation chose to drop out of school and reread high school. This incident caused a sensation among the teachers and students of Tianjin University, and "shock" and "pity" became a common reflection.

Tracking: cheating in exams exposes lack of integrity

Not long ago, Tianjin University issued a disciplinary decision, which punished three freshmen of 2008 who cheated in the professional examination at the beginning of the semester, one with a serious warning and two with probation. The disciplinary decision was posted in front of the school office building, but the names of the three students were not disclosed. A warning was added to the disciplinary decision: recently, three students violated the Regulations on Undergraduate Management of Tianjin University and the Interim Provisions on Undergraduate Examination of Tianjin University, exposing some students’ moral deficiencies such as honesty. Honesty, trustworthiness and no fraud are the bottom line of Tiandeng’s professional ethics, and I hope everyone will take it as a warning.

Principal: Serious handling is strict for love.

President Gong Ke spoke frankly about the cheating of freshmen, calling it a disgrace. He said: "I sincerely hope that students will be brave after knowing shame!" "

"Less than 10 days after the freshmen of 2008 entered the school, such a serious examination violation occurred, which was seriously dealt with by the school discipline. As the principal, I am very sad!" Gong Ke, president of Tianjin University, said, "Honesty is the bottom line of human beings and the foundation of social fairness and harmony. As Tianjin University, which trains high-quality innovative talents, we have always adhered to the "double strictness" principle of "rigorous scholarship and strict teaching requirements" to cultivate the integrity of teachers and students, and there is no room for accommodation on the "bottom line". Cheating in exams is a reflection of students’ lack of honesty, which undermines the fairness and seriousness of school exams. If we are soft-hearted in dealing with this problem, it will not only affect the growth of students, damage the reputation of the school, but also’ cast’ a great disaster that will ruin the social atmosphere. "

"Tianjin University’s scholarship policy of" rigorous scholarship and strict teaching requirements "is aimed at every teacher and student at school, and no one can be an exception." Gong Ke said, "The seemingly harsh punishment of’ lax teaching and lazy teachers’ is not strict for’ strictness’, but strict for love. The’ double strictness’ has created the historical glory of Tianjin University and made millions of alumni who have made brilliant achievements in all walks of life. Tianjin University should and must be strict. This is responsible for the history of Tianjin University, for the national goal of cultivating innovative talents, and for the life of every university student! "

Academic Affairs Office: Examination discipline is the high-voltage line.

"In the process of understanding the situation, we found that some students developed bad habits such as cheating in exams and plagiarizing homework before entering the university, and they have never been punished accordingly, so they have a fluky psychology and think that they can do the same in the university." The relevant person in charge of the Academic Affairs Office of Tianjin University said, "In Tianjin University, examination discipline is a high-voltage line, so you can’t touch it!"

Teachers and students reflect: It’s really not worth it.

Freshmen who just entered the school were punished for violating the examination discipline, which caused quite a stir on the campus of Tianjin University, and "shock" and "pity" became common voices. "After studying hard for three years, I finally got into the university, but I was punished for cheating. It’s really worthless." A student of Tianjin University said.

"This is a lesson for everyone. Just knowing this, including college leaders, counselors and students, was shocked and touched each of us very much. " The counselor of the punished student said, "But calm down, this is not necessarily a’ bad thing’."

It is understood that after the incident, President Gong Ke had a face-to-face communication with the three punished freshmen.

"One of the students who was punished by staying in school chose to drop out of school and reread high school, but I still kept in touch with him and encouraged him to be admitted to his ideal university again. The other two students are very energetic at present, saying that they will correct their mistakes through hard work. " A counselor said, "These two students now have a goal, that is, to become an’ excellent student’ through their own efforts, and to walk into the principal’s office again as an’ excellent student’ and have a heart-to-heart talk with the principal!" SHEIN: Brand Rise in China! Breaking the pattern of fashion industry with efficient supply chain

For a long time, the right to speak and define the global fashion industry has been dominated by the fashion giants in developed countries such as Europe and America. The influence of China clothing brands on the international fashion stage is relatively weak, and there are few brands that can directly affect the global fashion trend. However, with the changes of the times and technological innovation, this pattern is undergoing profound changes. As one of the four major brands in the world, SHEIN, with its excellent innovation ability, efficient supply chain management and unique market strategy, has not only won the enthusiastic pursuit of consumers around the world, but also successfully broken the market structure dominated by international established fashion brands for a long time.

Today, SHEIN is becoming popular all over the world and has become one of the four most popular fashion brands in the world. Recently, in the latest list of "Top Ten Fastest Growing Brands in America" released by Morning Consult, an authoritative consulting company in the United States, SHEIN was selected together with global head brands such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Facebook and CocaCola, and it is also the only fashion brand selected in the world.

In 2023, SHEIN once again won the global shopping APP download list, and ranked second in the favorite clothing brand of American young people; And together with well-known brands such as Apple, Gucci, Mercedes-Benz, etc., it won the Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands List of Brandz (No.70); In 2022, SHEIN surpassed internationally renowned brands such as Nike and Adidas to become the most searched clothing brand in Google, and replaced ZARA as the most popular fashion brand in the world in 2022. At the same time, SHEIN is also the hottest brand in the United States in ADAGE in 2022.

These honors have witnessed SHEIN’s unparalleled rising speed and extensive influence in the international market.

There are many factors that consumers like fashion, such as the material of luxury goods, brand stories, fashion trends and so on. SHEIN is unique in this respect, and it shows a unique solution when facing some core challenges of the fashion industry. For example, the dilemma that the fashion industry often faces-how to strike a balance between providing a variety of product categories and maintaining high cost performance, SHEIN has successfully overcome this problem and achieved a wide range of products with affordable prices. Another example is inventory management, which is the biggest headache for fashion merchants. With its excellent supply chain management and agile operation strategy, SHEIN has effectively reduced the risk of inventory backlog, thus standing out from the industry.

It can be said that the success of SHEIN is the innovation brought by technology and supply chain efficiency. Through the flexible supply chain, SHEIN can make timely response and adjustment according to the needs of the market and consumers, thus reducing the possibility of inventory waste from the source. In short, SHEIN relies on its innovative flexible supply chain mode of on-demand production, uses the actual market demand to predict sales and control production, and finally reduces overproduction. On the premise of real-time analysis and tracking fashion trends, all SKUs start with very small orders, and each SKU generally starts with 100-200 pieces. If the sales trend is good, the order will be returned immediately, but if the sales are not up to expectations, the production will be suspended.

In addition, thanks to the cost reduction brought by the efficiency improvement of the supply chain, SHEIN gives back 100% of these values to the end consumers and shares the created value with consumers. This move has greatly reduced the sales price of goods, which is also the reason why SHEIN’s products are cost-effective.

SHEIN’s flexible supply chain has become the biggest killer in the fashion field. In the report Agile Supply Chain: A New Source of Competitive Advantage in Fashion Industry, Boston Consulting Group mentioned that innovative agile supply chain represented by SHEIN has become the general trend of the industry, which can bring more potential income, higher capital utilization rate, lower storage discount cost, less waste and more competitive price advantage.

It provides a brand-new development model for the global fashion industry, showing how technology and innovation can deeply reshape the supply chain, improve efficiency and reduce costs, and then promote the sustainable development of the whole industry. In the future, SHEIN will continue to lead a new round of changes in the global fashion industry with more flexible and efficient supply chain management and unique market strategy, and bring more high-quality and cost-effective fashion products to global consumers.

Being a reasonable and good parent requires constant efforts and study.

"Being a parent is a learning process, and no one is born a good parent." Associate Professor Guo Yanqing of Peking University Sixth Hospital said, "Because of the arrival of children, a person has the identity of a parent, and in the process of taking care of and disciplining children, he slowly learns how to be a parent. Being a parent is a career that is never too old to learn. "

How to be a good parent? Guo Yanqing told the reporter of China Youth Daily and China Youth Network that good parents should be "reasonable" and "reasonable". "Empathy" simply means "Don’t do to others what you don’t want others to do to you". In Guo Yanqing’s view, the most prominent manifestation of "unwillingness" in parent-child relationship is parents’ excessive control over their children and excessive involvement in their lives. This kind of excessive control and excessive involvement is the performance of "unreasonable".

Excessive control will form an aversion to children.

Guo Yanqing said that to "empathize" with children, we must first regard children as free and independent individuals who need to be respected. Parents should grow up with their children and realize that children should not be the object of parental control, but a subject of self-development. Excessive control and involvement of parents will disrupt the natural growth of children and hinder their space and willingness to grow up. "In fact, children have their own ability to be independent. Like all living things, they can grow and develop naturally and automatically as long as they are in an environment suitable for growth."

However, it is a common fact that because children are the people that parents care most about, many parents will manage their children by encouraging them to learn well, but the result is likely to be that parents’ control has turned into aversion to children. In the face of aversion to stimuli, children naturally appear various escape behaviors such as deception and violent resistance.

Therefore, Guo Yanqing pointed out that to be an "understanding" parent, we should first regard the child as an independent and independent individual, let nature take its course, respect nature, and regard ourselves as a condition for the child’s growth from the perspective of children, rather than the child’s savior. "Although parents have brought their children into this world, they do not have the right to control and influence their children, let alone regard them as their own tools." Guo Yanqing said.

"Whether it is management", create conditions for children to "self-manage"

How can parents be "understanding"? Guo Yanqing put forward the eight-character principle of "whether it is management or active satisfaction". Taking children’s homework as an example, Guo Yanqing explained that managing children’s homework is a headache for many parents. Many parents will repeatedly remind their children to do their homework, and keep a close eye on the process of doing their homework. Even children have to interfere in going to the toilet and picking their noses, which leads children to think that doing homework is not their own business, but the parents’ business. But in fact, if parents "don’t care", don’t remind their children to do their homework, and don’t care whether their children have finished their homework, when it is time to hand in their homework, children will naturally realize that doing their homework is their own business. Therefore, parents’ "no matter" is to provide conditions for children’s "self-management".

The principle of "whether in charge or not" also applies to family members. In a family, if the mother is always in charge of the children, then the father will not intervene, because in fact, the father has no chance to manage the children. "We often see mothers blaming fathers for neglecting their children, but in fact, if mothers let go for a period of time (within a week), they will find that fathers’ behavior in managing their children has increased." Guo Yanqing pointed out that parents who care too much about their children are actually obliterating the conditions for children’s self-discipline, which are actually necessary conditions for children’s own independence and independent development.

At the same time, he stressed that "whether it is in charge" is not to ignore the children, but to realize that parents have no right to autocratic management of their children. Sometimes it is necessary to "turn a blind eye" to children. When the parents close their eyes, the children will be independent.

"Actively meet" children’s requirements and follow several standards.

When children want something from their parents, how should parents respond? Guo Yanqing believes that parents should be "actively satisfied". There are several criteria for "active satisfaction": psychological criteria, timing criteria and operational criteria.

The first is the psychological standard of satisfaction. The object of active satisfaction is children, so satisfaction should be based on children’s psychology, and parents should satisfy what children really need and want. However, in the daily management of children, parents often take their own needs as the standard to meet their children, not their real needs. For example, Guo Yanqing said, for example, if a child wants a red toy and there is only green in front of him, it takes a lot of walking to buy a red toy. At this time, parents may think that the green toy is the same, so they buy a green toy. But in fact, the child’s wishes have not been met.

The second is the timing standard of satisfaction. When should parents satisfy their children? Guo Yanqing believes that grasping the opportunity of satisfaction is a key link in establishing parent-child relationship. For example, when a child sees something, his eyes shine, or he can’t put it down, or he expresses his demand for something in words. This is the time to meet.

The third is to meet the operating standards. Specifically, how to implement the behavior of satisfaction? Guo Yanqing put forward the principle of "initiative, generosity and unconditional". Since parents want to satisfy their children at the right time and let them get what they want, they should take the initiative and be generous, and don’t talk about conditions, and don’t talk about conditions such as "You can finish your homework" and "You can take the fifth exam now and the third exam next semester".

However, in the process of daily management of children, there may be another situation that does not meet the above three standards, that is, when parents refuse their children’s requirements, children have problem behaviors, such as rolling on the ground and crying, and parents have to meet their own requirements, but parents can’t meet their children at this time. Because this involves the basic principle of behavior management, that is, it cannot strengthen problem behavior. "If parents satisfy their children when they have problem behaviors, their problem behaviors will be strengthened. This is the exclusion criteria that are met. " Guo Yanqing said.

Guo Yanqing concluded that when parents master the standard of active satisfaction, give their children autonomy and give them the opportunity to be independent and independent, parents will also feel at ease in their daily lives. If parents always turn their eyes to their children, turn their children’s affairs into their own affairs, and turn their children’s time into their own time, neither parents nor children will be happy.

Parents’ demands on their children should be reasonable and feasible.

Guo Yanqing believes that to be a good parent, one must also be "reasonable", which means "reasonable requirements".

Parents should help their children grow up, but not replace them. In the process of children’s growth, there should be proper management and control. What is proper management and control? What are the reasonable requirements of parents for their children? Guo Yanqing believes that parents should meet four conditions at the same time when making demands on their children.

First, what parents ask their children to do must be something that children are capable of doing. Guo Yanqing pointed out that parents should have an understanding of their children’s basic abilities and know what their children are capable of doing, and they should not ignore their basic abilities when managing their children. For example, parents think it is natural to ask their children to finish homework, but because each child’s ability is different, and the teacher arranges homework according to general standards, when the difficulty of homework exceeds the child’s ability, the child will only "be lazy" and "dawdle" in front of homework, or simply give up.

Guo Yanqing especially reminded parents not to easily think that their instructions or demands for their children are all capable of being done by children. Sometimes, only parents think that children can do it, but in fact, children may not have this ability. The premise of parents’ requirements for their children is that they know the roots of their children’s abilities. The more parents know about their children, the more effective the instructions will be. This condition seems simple, but it actually means that parents should know enough about their children.

How can parents know their children well? Guo Yanqing said that there is no shortcut to understanding children, that is, to be "groping" with children, to take time to observe children, and to conduct various temptations during the observation process in order to find out the bottom of children. If parents don’t get along with their children enough, they just make demands regardless of their children’s actual ability, then they are not helping their children grow up.

The second condition is "can but not difficult". Although the things assigned by parents to children are capable of being done by children, it does not mean that children can successfully complete them. There are many conditions that affect children’s starting tasks, one of which is the difficulty of things. In the face of difficulties, everyone will have escape psychology, which is a natural mentality and a common weakness of human nature. Therefore, when parents assign tasks to their children, they must pay attention to the fact that it is not too difficult, that is, "it is possible but not difficult."

For example, solving a math problem takes 3 minutes for the first child, half an hour for the second child and 3 hours for the third child. If solving this problem is assigned to these three children as a task, which child is most likely to have evasive behavior? The answer is obvious. Therefore, when parents make demands on their children, they should pay attention to let them do things that are capable and not too difficult at the same time. This also requires parents to get along with their children for a long time and observe them, so as to have a good understanding of their abilities.

The third condition is that parents should grasp the time, and the tasks assigned to their children do not take too long for them to complete. "For example, if a child can solve a math problem in 3 minutes, if the parents give him 100 questions, it is easy to stimulate the child to escape." Guo Yanqing explained. So for children, how long is short and how long is long? Guo Yanqing believes that this is an individualized problem. Maybe three minutes is too long for one child and 30 minutes is too short for another. Parents need to spend time getting to know their children before they can individually measure a child’s tolerance time for a certain task.

The fourth condition is that if the task assigned to the child is something that the child can do, and it is not difficult to do, and the time is relatively short for him, but the child is still unwilling to do it, then parents can assist the child to complete it. For example, parents ask their children to throw the banana peels they left on the ground into the trash can. This instruction is that children have the ability to do it, which is not difficult and takes a short time, but children just don’t do it. At this time, parents should help him hand in hand and pick up the banana peels and throw them into the trash can with him.

If the parents’ requirements for their children meet the above four conditions, then this requirement is reasonable and feasible.

Guo Yanqing concluded that parents should try not to give orders to their children in their daily lives. "No matter whether they are in charge," they should give their children autonomy, let them explore the world freely, and give them access to various conditions and opportunities in the world. These conditions and opportunities can stimulate their growth. At the same time, parents are one of the conditions for children’s growth. Therefore, when necessary, parents should manage their children, but the management should be "reasonable" and based on full understanding of children.

"Being reasonable" requires constant efforts and study.

Guo Yanqing believes that to be a "reasonable" good parent, efforts can be made in three directions.

First, we should manage ourselves and set an example. When they see some problems with their children, parents should first ask themselves if they have these problems. Parents should solve their own problems first, so that their children can set a good example.

Second, we should cultivate our mind and raise our tolerance. Everyone should realize that others are different from themselves, and everyone has his own preferences, cognition and emotional attitude. If everyone thinks he is right, it is easy to conflict with others. Guo Yanqing pointed out that the process of conflict is not good, but the result of conflict is sometimes good, which makes everyone realize their own shortcomings and the differences of others. Conflict can improve everyone’s tolerance. "Tolerance is not thought out, but needs to be experienced in life. It is true tolerance to experience all kinds of conflicts and cultivate your tolerance in this process. "

Third, we should be good at learning scientific methods to deal with problems. Guo Yanqing said that there are many skills in managing children, which are actually included in the field of applied behavior analysis. "Applied behavioral analysis has summed up many effective measures and ways to change people’s behavior. Parents may wish to learn. "
