It is necessary to promote rational utilization, revitalize cultural relics resources, strengthen the interpretation and display of cultural values, optimize the service efficiency of cultural relics units, strengthen scientific and technological support and personnel training, promote the all-media dissemination of Chinese culture, make cultural relics and cultural heritage truly alive, and build a modern civilization of the Chinese nation.
